About Us
Three decades of building across Thrissur — one foundation, one family, and a standard of craftsmanship we refuse to compromise on.
For over three decades, KMP Builders has been a trusted name in the construction landscape of Thrissur — a brand built on commitment, trust, and the desire to create spaces that stand the test of time. What began as a humble venture has today evolved into a symbol of quality, innovation, and reliability, shaping the way Thrissur lives and grows.
With 33+ years of excellence, 50+ lakh sq. ft. of completed spaces, and 20+ landmark projects, KMP Builders continues to raise the benchmark in modern construction. Each project we undertake reflects our core philosophy — to build with heart, to design with purpose, and to deliver with integrity.
At the heart of our success lies a dedicated team of 300+ skilled professionals who bring expertise, creativity, and passion to every brick we lay. Our use of high-quality semi-wire cut bricks is not just a choice of material, but a reflection of our commitment to durability, precision, and architectural beauty — blending Thrissur’s traditional aesthetics with contemporary design sensibilities.
Every home we build carries a piece of our legacy — crafted with care, grounded in trust, and designed to nurture generations. We believe that a true home goes beyond walls and roofs; it’s a space filled with life, warmth, and pride.
At KMP Builders, we don’t just construct buildings — we create homes, experiences, and legacies that last.
